Day (2) – My Intermittent Fasting Journey for Weight Loss 📅 Date: 23/09/2025 🌞 Morning Update Today’s fasting window: 17 hours again Start: My fast began at 7 PM after eating fruits last night End: I broke my fast at 12 noon with fruits Morning intake: I started my day with lemon water. Around 8:30 AM, and at 10 AM I drank black coffee. 🍴 First Meal (Opening the Fast) Time: 12 noon What I ate: Guava, banana, and orange Experience: I felt a little weakness and some body pain because of exercising, but I managed it well. I successfully controlled myself on Day 2 too. 🍲 Meals Throughout the Day Lunch: Only fruits Evening snacks: A handful of peanuts and a cup of green tea Light dinner: Again fruits – one banana, one apple, and two oranges 💪 Activity / Exercise Completed 10,000 steps Did 10 minutes of exercise ⚖️ Progress Tracker Today’s weight: 63.85 kg (a drop of around 1.5 kg in one day) Change from yesterday: Yesterday my weight was 65.40 kg, today it’s 63.45 kg – that’s 1.55 kg l...
