Day (2) – My Intermittent Fasting Journey for Weight Loss 📅 Date: 23/09/2025 🌞 Morning Update Today’s fasting window: 17 hours again Start: My fast began at 7 PM after eating fruits last night End: I broke my fast at 12 noon with fruits Morning intake: I started my day with lemon water. Around 8:30 AM, and at 10 AM I drank black coffee. 🍴 First Meal (Opening the Fast) Time: 12 noon What I ate: Guava, banana, and orange Experience: I felt a little weakness and some body pain because of exercising, but I managed it well. Intermittent Fasting Blog – Day 1 🌞 Morning Update Fasting Window: I did a 17-hour fast today. Start: My fasting started at 7:00 pm yesterday. End: I broke my fast at 12:00 noon with fruits. Morning Drink: After waking up, I had warm lemon water (a little lukewarm water with lemon). 🍴 First Meal (Opening the Fast) Time: I didn’t eat anything in the morning. I broke my fast at noon with fruits. What I ate: 1 banana, 1 orange, and 1 guava. Experience: Honestly, I didn’t face much trouble today, but yes, I felt very hungry. To control my hunger, I had green tea, black coffee, lemon water, and plain water. My energy level was a bit low, but I managed it well because I have done intermittent fasting challenges before. In fact, in just five months, I had lost 11 kg. Starting from the very first day of Navratri, I will begin my intermittent fasting journey once again and continue it for two full months.
